1. Employment Terms
You will be employed on probation for 6 months. After successful completion, you will be confirmed in the position.
2. Confidentiality
You shall maintain confidentiality of all organizational information, data, and trade secrets.
3. Code of Conduct
You shall adhere to the organization's code of conduct and professional ethics at all times.
4. Working Hours
Working hours are 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday. You may be required to work on weekends as per project requirements.
5. Leave Policy
You are entitled to 12 casual leaves, 12 sick leaves, and 15 earned leaves per year as per company policy.
6. Termination
Either party can terminate the employment with a notice period of 30 days or as per the terms mentioned in the offer letter.
